MEET THE TEAM

Susan Arkley

Managing Director

Susan started Source Telecom in December 2004. Also known as the ‘face’ of Source Telecom, Susan is extremely passionate about Source and loves watching it grow and expand.

Before Susan created Source Telecom she worked for one of the major networks for over a decade. Susan took everything she learned (good and bad) and created a company that values customer needs over profiteering tariffs; that creates a trusted, helpful customer experience instead of a faceless network experience.

I live a very active lifestyle and I don’t like to sit still; this applies for both my personal and business life. I enjoy going to the gym and my biggest achievement was climbing Kilimanjaro and running the Edinburgh half marathon. I enjoy exotic getaways, though I find it challenging to resist the urge to bring my laptop along to stay on track with work.

Emma Ramsay

Business Account Manager

Emma has been with the company since October 2016. Emma works on the support team and she is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My hobbies include watching Formula 1, eating out and having the odd wine…..or three! I enjoy walking and spending quality time my young son and my beloved dog, a Spinger Spaniel called Cooper

Laura McTague

Finance Manager

Laura has been with Source since May 2014. Laura works in our Accounts/Finance department, and she is friendly and motivated with a wicked attention to detail.

I enjoy my spin classes and I do love going to a concert. I have recently found a passion for cooking and enjoy doing this in my spare time, making some lovely meals for my lunch. Aside from this, I really enjoy quality time with my family and friends.

Amanda McQuillian

Sales Manager

Our longest serving employee, Amanda has been with Source since March 2007. Amanda works in our sales team and she is bubbly, helpful and approachable.

I love spending my time outside of work with my little girl, she keeps me very busy! I like to socialise with friends and eating out. My biggest achievement is when I done a 10,000 ft sky dive and a firewalk for MND Scotland, a charity very close to my heart.

Jacqueline Jacobson

Business Account Manager

Jacqueline has been with Source since September 2021. She works in the support team alongside Emma and Amber. Jacqueline is quiet but very much a team player and is known for sticking to a process.

I love going to concerts or going to see a comedian. I enjoy baking with my son Noah and making wax melts to sell in my spare time. I’m also partial to a tequila every now and then.

Stewart Sime

Sales Executive

Stewart joined the team in May 2022 and has a wealth of telecoms experience behind him. Stewart works in our sales team alongside Amanda and he is always willing to help and is described by the team as a true gentleman.

Outside of work, I am a keen walker with the Lake district being our favourite destination. I also play golf and this year managed to get down to single figure handicap for the first time. Customer service is very important to myself and at Source I believe our customer service we deliver is second to none. Although the second newest addition to the team at Source, I feel as if I have been there longer than I have and I love being part of the Source family.

Amber Mainland

Business Account Manager

Amber is our newest addition to the team, she joined in September 2023 and works along side Emma and Jacqueline in support. Amber is a keen learner and will be a great asset to the support team.

My hobbies include swimming, I used to swim for Scotland and I was a former life guard. I like spending time with my dog, Mabel and horse riding.
